Commercial & multifamily
Commercial Roofing Contractor in New York City
Low-slope roof replacement for warehouses, retail, mixed-use and multifamily buildings. We survey the existing assembly before we quote, so the number you get reflects what is actually on the deck rather than a guess made from the street.
Low-slope systems we install
There is no single best commercial roof. The right system depends on how crowded the deck is, whether the building is trying to cut cooling load, and how much redundancy the owner wants. Each page below says where the system suits and where it does not.

TPO Roofing

EPDM Roofing

How a commercial job runs
Survey before quote
We get on the roof, take core samples where needed, and establish what is actually in the assembly. Saturated insulation under a sound-looking membrane changes the scope and the price, and it is better found now than mid-project.
Detail before field
Most commercial roofs fail at the perimeter, the penetrations and the drains — not in the middle. Our specifications put the money into parapets, copings, curbs and drainage, because that is where the water actually gets in.
Phased around occupancy
Occupied buildings get phased tear-offs so no section is ever left open overnight, and we specify self-adhered or cold-applied systems where a torch is unsuitable. Tenants keep operating.

Book a commercial roof survey
We will give you a condition report, the remaining service life of what is up there, and a straight answer on whether it needs replacing now or can be maintained.
