Solar Energy
Savings vary depending on energy consumption, roof structure, and shade analysis. Energy consumption, roof size, roof shape and shade analysis.
Solar panels have a bumper to bumper warranty of 25 years. We only use tier one panels, ensuring homeowners get the best or nothing.
Solar energy offers clean, renewable power that cuts electricity costs and reduces carbon emissions. There is no maintenance required and it gives you the opportunity to own your power.
Each solar panel absorbs energy from the sun; after the energy is absorbed it is then converted from DC to AC using microinverters. The power you produce during the day will be stored at the grid and you will begin to build credits with your utility company; come nighttime the power you’ve produced during the day is sent back to you for your consumption.
Every solar system we install has a built-in monitoring system. You’re able to track your production in real time on the microinverter app.

Solar panels only produce power when there’s sunlight; they do not produce power when it’s cloudy, raining, snowing or at night.
Net metering is an agreement between the homeowner and utility provider. The utility company agrees to buy the electricity produced by your solar system. In the event your system produces excess power, your meter will run counterclockwise, and you will begin to earn credits with your utility provider. These credits are constantly compounding month over month, eventually resulting in a negative electric bill. “This is a case-by-case basis.”
Each homeowner’s system size is completely different from the other. To build an accurate system, we evaluate your last 12 months of consumption. The goal is to always cover 100% of your bill, but that’s not always the case. There are a few factors that dictate if you’ll be able to eliminate your electric bill such as: roof size, roof shape, shade analyses, and your electrical consumption.
Yes, having a solar system increases your property value around 4% according to Zillow.
There are two options if you are moving. You can either pay the system off or you can transfer the investment to the new homeowner. (Make sure to include your system cost in your asking price)
Yes, as long as you qualify.
The federal government gives up to a 30% tax credit of the project cost. New York State gives up to a $5,000 tax credit. An additional 30% of the project cost is available to those who live in the five Burroughs; this is known as the NYC property tax abatement.

We’ll help you select the perfect roofing material tailored to your budget and aesthetic preferences.

Yes, our experts will assess your home’s needs and recommend the most efficient and effective Heating system for you.
Gutters
Signs that your gutters need replacement include cracks, rust spots, sagging, separation from the roofline, peeling paint, and frequent water overflow even after cleaning.
Yes, gutter guards can help reduce debris buildup and minimize the need for frequent cleaning. However, they still require occasional maintenance to prevent small particles from accumulating.
The best type of gutters depends on your climate, budget, and aesthetic preference. Aluminum is popular due to its durability and affordability, while copper and steel offer premium options with long lifespans.
Boilers
Noises like banging, whistling, or gurgling could be due to trapped air, limescale buildup (kettling), low water pressure, or a faulty pump. A professional inspection can diagnose and resolve the issue.
A boiler losing pressure could be due to a leak in the system, a faulty pressure relief valve, or recently bled radiators. Check for visible leaks and consult a professional if the issue persists.
It’s recommended to service your boiler once a year to ensure it runs efficiently, safely, and to catch any potential issues before they become costly repairs.
A combi (combination) boiler provides hot water on demand without the need for a storage tank, making it space-efficient. A regular (conventional) boiler requires a separate hot water cylinder and is better for larger homes with higher water usage.
